THE JORAT IN THE POCKET

The Jorat Natural Park offers you its free application for discovering the Jorat region on the territory of the Vaudois municipalities close to the Jorat forest massif, the largest on the Swiss Plateau. The application allows you to discover the actors from the tourism, leisure, crafts, agri vitiviniculture or even gastronomy sectors. The application also offers you itineraries for walks and hikes passing near these partners and the natural and cultural sites of the region.

You will have the opportunity to discover the Bressonne pond, the path of the fountains, thematic/educational itineraries, the Handicap & Nature path and many other natural riches. On the local side, you can taste and buy the delicious products of cheese dairies, butchers, breweries or treat yourself in the restaurants of the Joratoise countryside. On the cultural side, do not hesitate to discover the magnificent site of the Abbey of Montheron where you can walk along the Talent through its incredible cliffs of Molasse. Or to the discreet caves of Pendens near Mézières which served as quarries for the construction of the Cathedral of Lausanne.
